I don’t know why the volume was so low. Switching on and off the Auto Adjust quality Streaming quality is at Very High. PC’s own volume controls with Spotify is at 100% All of the sudden my Spotify sound in my speaker is quiet. However, my question is more around terms of service “Are we allowed?” type question.

But when i tried to change my password or enter an account, it claims, that there is no Spotify account with this email. If this is what happens, consider reaching out to our support team so that they can double check this for you. Youtube at 50% feels like it’s almost double the volume as 50% spotify.
Are you able to login with a different account on the devices you’re using? If you still don’t receive the password reset link, could you check the spam folder of your email inbox as well? Just to make sure, could you double check you’re entering the right email address both in the login field and in the password reset form?
